What NSYDR Is

NSYDR is a shared place for the conversations, commitments, meetings and care that keep a Circle connected over time. A Circle is a group of people who have agreed to show up for one another.

NSYDR is for adults. When you join, you confirm that you are 18 or older. NSYDR records that you were shown that statement and affirmed it. It does not check anyone’s age against a document, and it does not pretend to.

What NSYDR Will Never Do For You

This is the most important thing on any page in this product, and it is a term of using it rather than a line of small print.

• Nothing is being watched. NSYDR does not read your responses looking for a crisis, and it does not alert anyone on your behalf.
• Nothing is escalated. There is no chain, no duty roster, and no service that gets called if you go quiet.
• Asking is still only asking. The strongest thing NSYDR offers is a way to ask the people you have named. It promises nothing about who answers.
• A Circle is not care. It is not a substitute for clinical, pastoral or professional help. NSYDR does not provide that and does not refer you to it.

The whole boundary, and the numbers to call instead, are at Our Safety Boundary. Every member reads it and acknowledges it before joining, and is asked again if the wording ever changes.

Getting In Is by Invitation

• There is no open sign-up. You arrive through an invitation from the Steward of a Circle.
• NSYDR does not send the invitation. There is no mail sender in this application, so the Steward carries the invitation to the person themselves. The only email NSYDR causes is the sign-in link you ask for.
• Signing in is a link sent to the address you type. There are no passwords.
• Asking for a sign-in link never creates a membership and never claims an invitation. Only the account that proves an address can claim the invitation that names it.
• Starting your own Circle is not available yet.

The Charter Is the Agreement

Each Circle has a Charter: what it is for, the rhythm it keeps, and what its members agree to. You read the version in effect before you join, and your acceptance is recorded with your name, the version number and the date.

• A published version is never rewritten. Editing a published Charter opens a new version instead, so an agreement people have already accepted stays as they accepted it.
• A material change produces a new version and asks every member to accept it again.
• Accepting a new version is one option. Leaving rather than accepting one you do not agree to is another, and it is a legitimate one — no explanation is owed, and no penalty is recorded anywhere.
• One of the things you agree to is the agreement itself, and there is no honest way to switch that off and stay in the Circle. The product says so plainly rather than offering a choice that is not real.

How People Are Expected to Behave

The Code of Conduct applies inside every Circle. This is its pilot version (pilot-2026-09-09).

• No harassment, threats or bullying.
• No hate or demeaning content.
• No sexual or inappropriate content.
• No privacy violations or doxxing.
• No impersonation or deception.
• No scams, fraud or malicious links.
• No repeated unwanted contact.
• No spam or unsolicited advertising.
• No affiliate or promotional links, lead generation, recruiting solicitation or unrelated sales solicitation.
• No harvesting members or Circle membership for marketing.

These are rules about conduct. None of them is a rating of a person, and none of them is about how often somebody shows up.

Reporting, and What Happens With a Report

• Reports are private platform records. The person you report, Circle Stewards and organizations cannot inspect them.
• A person at NSYDR reads it. It is not sorted by a machine, and every report is written into an audit record that cannot be quietly edited.
• Reporting does not block anyone, and no response time is promised.
• The person you report is never shown that you reported them, and nothing about your standing in the Circle changes because you did.
• A report is an allegation, not a finding. Review records an action and a private rationale for it. A restriction, a suspension or the removal of an account can be recorded as a request for platform operations — recording that request is not the same as applying it.

What a Steward Can and Cannot Do

A Steward carries a Circle’s rhythm: setting the Circle up, publishing the Charter, proposing and confirming meetings, establishing the commitments the Circle agreed to answer, and issuing or withdrawing invitations.

• A Steward cannot see a per-person completion percentage, a reliability figure, or an ordered list of who answers most. There is no such table, and there will not be one.
• Nothing lets a Steward answer on somebody else’s behalf.
• A Steward cannot see whether an invited person has an account, whether they opened the link, how many times, or from where. An invitation’s state is the answer that person gave, and nothing else.

Paying for It

There is no card payment path in the product. Nothing in NSYDR can be purchased inside it, and no card details are handled by NSYDR at any point.

Pricing states what the plans will cost, including the plan that costs nothing. A paid plan begins as a message to a person rather than a checkout, and nothing is charged until you have agreed to it.

What Is Not Built Yet

Downloading everything you have written, correcting something that is wrong, and deleting your account are all planned, and none of them works yet. Where a feature is not switched on, the product says so on the screen instead of implying that it works. The Privacy Policy says what deletion will and will not be able to reach when it exists.

If something in either document is wrong, or promises more than NSYDR actually does, that is worth telling us. Saying less is the intent.
